Linga Piracy cds Caught

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth's 'lingaa' movie's pirated CDs were seized by the police yesterday. According to the reports, around 60,000 CDs which include 3000 CDs of 'lingaa'  were caught by the CCS police on Friday at Vinukonda town of Gutur district. Apart from CDs the police seized 22 monitors and six inverters. The CD library was said to be the key zone for the export of pirated CDs to other districts and other states. The accused were also caught by the police red handed.

'lingaa' was released in a record number of 2400 screens across the globe on 12th of December. Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha have romanced with Rajini in this message oriented commercial potboiler. AR Rehaman has scored the music of the movie. The movie was directed by KS Ravikumar while Aascar Ravichandran.

Mahesh Babu's Aagadu Clears Censor Test

Superstar Mahesh Babu's highly-anticipated Telugu movie Aagadu, which has been directed by Srinu Vaitla, has completed the formalities of the Regional Censor Board on Friday. The movie has reportedly received a U/A Certificate from the board without any suggestion for delete or mute. The makers have now gone on busy with the preparations for grand release worldwide on September 19. According to reports, the producers of Aagadu held a special screening for the officials of Censor Board in Hyderabad on September 12. After watching the film, the Board issued a U/A certificate on the same days. Sources from the Board say that it is a commercial entertainer with high action and comic quotient. They add that Mahesh Babu's performance and his punch diction will be main highlight. Sonu Sood, Nassar, Nadhiya, Tanikella Bharani and Rao Ramesh are playin other important roles in the film. The music of Aagadu, which marks the 50th album of SS Thaman, has got superb response from the film goers. Especially, the title song, 'Aaja Saroja' and 'Junction Lo' have been received well. Its promos have also garnered very good response, thereby increasing the curiosity and expectations of the viewers. Slated to release this Friday, it should be seen whether the film will impress the viewers or not

Remembering the services of Ilayaraja, yesterday Chiranjeevi thanked his son yuvan shankar raja for composing superb songs for Ramcharan movie ‘Govindudu Andari Vaadele.’

‘I owe a lot to Maestro and now his son Yuvan is doing the same for Charan. Many movies of mine with KS Rama Rao and other producers were super hits because of Ilayaraja who gave the best songs of my career,’ Chiranjeevi expressed the thanks to Ilayaraja and wished all the best to Yuvan.

Finally, there is a good news about the progress of the movie. The makers of the movie have decided to unveil the first look of the movie on 20th of May, which falls to be the birthday of ntr. The audio launch and movie's release dates may also be revealed soon.

                                   Samantha and Pranitha are romancing with ntr in 'Rabhasa' while ntr plays an aggressive student in the movie. Thaman has composed the tunes. Santhosh Srinivas has directed this movie. Bellamkonda Ganesh Babu is producing the movie on Sri Sai Ganesh Productions.
